TIMELINE: 7 business days once your furniture arrives in our warehouse.
Our free furniture delivery service is offered to our customers spanning from Vancouver to the rest of the Sea to Sky area. We will be happy to bring your items into your home for you.

Delivery
TIMELINE: 14 business days once your furniture arrives in our warehouse.
Our trusted delivery partner, Day & Ross, will deliver items outside the local Vancouver Area. Tracking information will be sent to you once your item has been shipped and you can track in directly on their website.
It is important to note that Day & Ross will not bring your items inside your home/apartment so invite over your loved ones to get your stunning piece inside and exactly where you want it!
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout:
- Free shipping on orders over $5000
- Flat rate shipping on other orders for $299 (some exceptions apply).
PICK UP
TIMELINE: Whenever your item arrives at our warehouse or if it'a already in stock, come on by!
We also offer FREE pick up from our warehouse in Surrey, British Columbia. If this is the best option for you, please select PICK UP during checkout. We will send you an email once your items are ready to be picked up. The address for pick up is:

PACKAGING

Large sofa box
Big sofas come in big boxes. It is important to measure your space and your entryway to ensure your package will fit. A reminder to measure your elevator as well if you live in an apartment and see if there are any tight corners.
Sectional sofa box
Our sectional sofas like the Camaleonda and the Russo come in different size boxes. Therefore, these are easier to handle and move around. Sometimes it's easier to remove these pieces from their box to carry them inside.
