For our items in the in-stock section, there is no production lead time. We will simply ship them out of our warehouse within 3- 5 business days.

For custom items, please allow 10-12 weeks for your furniture to be produced and shipped to our warehouse.

We offer free furniture delivery service to our customers in the local Vancouver Area. this service takes up to 7 business days. Our team will reach out to you directly to schedule a date and time that works for your delivery.

You can also pick up your items from our warehouse located at 12160 103A Avenue Surrey, BC V3V 3G7 for no charge. We will let you know when your items are in our warehouse and then arrange a time for your pickup.

Day & Ross will deliver items outside the local Vancouver Area. Tracking information will be sent to you once your item has been shipped and you can track in directly on their website. Canada wide Delivery takes up to 14 business days once the items arrive at our warehouse.

We offer FREE Canada wide shipping on orders over $5000, and for orders under $5000 we offer flat rate shipping at $299 (some exceptions may apply)
